Refund policy

Cancellation:

To opt for cancellation of your order, please reply back on whatsapp on the same number where you received order notifications within 1 hour of placing the order. You can only cancel your order if we still haven't taken the product to production. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped out. 

Return & Refund:

We currently do not offer refund and returns on our products. We only accept replacement if you have received the product in a damaged, broken defective or with fitting issues. If you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or with fitting issues, you can contact our customer support via whatsapp either using the whatsapp button on the website or by replying to the order notification messages you received on whatsapp. You will have to send us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the product will be replaced.

Bulk orders (more than 5 products) are not subject to replacements. You may request for a paid sample before placing the order which will be adjusted from the final order amount.

Colour Disclaimer:

Actual product colour may vary slightly from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s colour. However, we at sillycanvas do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible.
